ok ive screwed sum bit of 1x2" ans 1x1" for my false floor, it seems to be squeeking, wat can i do to stop it, put sum crappy carpter ive got between wood and metal?

Yeah try that first, if not, maybe some thin foam?

could be somthing to do with the screws you used, MDF is a bit strange if you use chunkey screws, but yeah try the carpet first.
