For sale fast road/track car
The car is a white 1991 Vauxhall nova with vauxsport decals, which has been professionally prepared to compete, the shell has had extensive strengthening, its been fully seem welded and fitted with a Harry Hockley strengthening kit. Its got a 6 point bolt in safety devices cage with door bars and diagonal rear the cage has also been tagged to the shell, the car has been modified to except a corsa dashboard and steering column so you have the option of fitting power steering, all of the brake/fuel lines have been run through the car, and the fuel pump and filter are where the spare wheel used to be, the fuel pump is turned on by a switch on the dashboard also there is a safety kill switch on the outside of the car, the car is sitting on apex dampers with spax springs, the underneath of the car and wheel wells were under sealed not long ago then all painted the same colour as the body. The car has a 1.4sri engine in it the bottom end has not long had a rebuild also the head has been lightly ported with new valves/springs and the seat re cut, then I have a 4 branch manifold from the head, I had this engine in my other nova for a few miles and it is a very quick engine. the rear brake lines are braided from front right to the back of the car then iv got braidied goodridge lines running under the car.
This could be a very competitive car for someone with very little work.
The car needs a centre section of exhaust and two front brake lines from the cylinder, I have two copper brake lines which I will include in the sale.the car will also need a bonnet The car has also had the old gear stick hole welded up and it now has an internal shifter wich goes straight to the gear selector, to speed up the gear change, the car also has OMP competition bucket seats and harnesses.
