novba gte engine conversion water pipe problem

rite fitted a nova GTE engine and every thing else into my 1.2 put water in started it up and water came out the bottom pipe in the throttle body, where is that pipe meant to go? cant find any water coming from anywhere else

A pipe goes from the S-bend on waterpump to the throttle body iirc
