i have vectra v6 front brakes,or cavalier turbo brakes on my nova.i need pads for it.ideally ferodo ds 2500 or mintex 1155's.what pads are you running and where are you getting them from?i cant find anybody on ebay selling them.the car is mostly used for track days etc.it has ebc red pads on it and through experience with all of ebc's stuff pads i know they are rubbish.i have done 1 track day and suffered brake fade and no brakes within 8 laps so theres no way im using them.+ the friction material is falling apart.ta,lee

what brake fluid are you using?

Any decent mintex supplying motorfactors should be able to get 1144 or 55 compound pads in for the type you have. As for Ferodos, youre best bet is circuit supplies in/near silvestone as they are the UK importers for 2500 and upwards in the product range.

you can get police spec ones from your local vx dealer as thats what i use to run on my gsi veccy estate.

You need to know which calipers you have as the pads are slightly different between the two types.

Turbo ones will have a 54 stamped on the body.

V6 ones will have a 57 stamped on them.
