definately worth doing. do whatever parts need it. It can be expensive and heavy though

Deffo a good thing, never done it meself yet! Waiting for respray first!

Just put behind speakers in doors if you have them on boot floor for sub and in boot itself behind wiper motor!

Can do whole car if you really wanted!

Not cheap though.

Dynamat is the most expensive, followed by brownbread i think it is and then there is some stuff B&Q etc sell which is cheap!

Apparantly the cheap stuff is just as good but tis upto u! Others will confirm this!
