If there isnt any more rust on it other than in the engine bay then i think its worth that.

dont think thats rust looks like discoloured sealer as the bay looks like its been laquered at some point, - still 1000 - 1500 over the top easy

Thats corrosion prevention gunk. Its not rust.
Mind you, even if it was 100%, I would NEVER pay that much for a Nova!
