Hmm..

My housemate is currently having a lightning bolt ( Yes, we did it ourselves for lol-z) taken off his outer calf. As it was a home effort the line is very thick, and it's probably a bit too deep.

Anyway, he claims it doesn't hurt... infact less than getting tatoo'd.

Exactly, i got it done when i was 15 and pissed! Not exactly a thought out tattoo i want for life!

Craig like i said above. Was just a big mistake i made when i was 15. A friends dad had tattoo equipment and done a tattoo for me after id been out drinking
Its actually not getting fully removed, just faded down enough so that it can be covered up well as part of a full sleeve that im getting.

Ah right, you are getting more/adding to it.

Wondered if it was a work issue thing?

I'm becoming tempted by a tattoo, I've never liked them until recently.

you should never have a tattoo erased, it should mean something that you never want to forget

the only reason i wont get one is because nothing means that much yet

Its £50 a session mate. Im going to be getting about 4. So around £200 all in. Although that isnt completly removing it. Im getting a full sleeve and its just removing it enough so that i can get a decent cover up.

Yeh doesnt look bad. There was a guy there who had just had it done when i was getting my appointment. He said it was like getting a elastic band ****ted off your skin lol
They said it was fine, seems a pretty common thing to do. I dont think it properly scars.

i must just be a heartless basterd then, my missus has 'draper' on her wrist, and she asked me to get pogo - i said no !

i'm in the process of getting one removed from my neck, elastic band sounds about right, but one big feckin elastic band lol. mine hasn't scarred at all after the first session, depends on how you get it done though. Hospital lasers tend to scar more as they treat a bigger area with each shot. hurts less the more you get it done apparently, it breaks the pigment up in the ink then your body absorbs it so the less pigment thats there the less it hurts

Not much differance yet. Was told it would be about two weeks into the healing before i would really notice any change. Although the grey shading thats on the tattoo is just about gone already! Also removed a few bits of the black lines, around the bottom left of the tattoo.
And in my honest opinion, it hurts like ****! Much worse than getting the tattoo done in the first place.

Intersting. I have 3 tats and although I'd never consider having any of them removed (as they were done at importand points in my life and mean a lot to me) it's good for people who make mistakes.

A guy in the Subaru club has got a huge Koi Carp in full colours on oone of his legs and it's amazing, but he was quoted £4000 to have it removed! LOL!

Anyone else who's looking to have them removed, keep an eye out for any tatooists who are investing.recently invested in the removal gear.

My housemate is getting his done free as the tatooist needs someone to practice on.

I allways wanted a tattoo, but change my mind to much to get one i'd be happy with.

But now, i've seen so many skinny white chavs with them it puts me off more and more..

At Pv there was a kid that was about 4stone, whiter than i am, with a huge tattoo across his tummy, saying "asbo king" really something to be happy about..
