Nova 1.2i - Gauging Interest

Gauging interest in my 1993 K reg Vauxhall Nova 1.2i

It will be 3 years in Feb 2010 I have had the car and theres been a lot of work carried out with the car which will be mentioned later

It has had a full new front panel including cross-member, 2 new front wings, new passenger sill, 2nd hand re-conditioned back axle and 2 MINT 2nd hand doors fitted

The car is fully Waxoyled including the engine bay seams, battery tray, inside all the doors and the full underside of the car - Not pretty but it needs to be done to preserve the car

The bodywork is fairly clean and straight with some minor dents and scratches which have been touched in by the previous owner (the roof) It has had some paint in its life such as the wings, doors, back quarters and the spoiler

The engine is a really good runner and is regularly serviced and maintained; Nearly 72k on the clocks now

It has a full Nova GSi interior which is very very clean with no bolster wear, it only needs the black GSi dash to be a complete GSi interior. It has also got red carpets from an 80's Nova Antibes and it has new Nova rubber mats fitted

All the windows in the car are original with the registration plates marked on them. I have done 3 shows with the car (PVS 08 and 09 and also VBOA 09) and everywhere the car goes it gets recognised and commented on

It has also been lowered -60mm on GMAX springs and shocks and it has a Nova Saloon rear anti roll bar fitted

The car has 2 sets of wheels with it; For the £1300 it will come with a set of 15" Irmscher Twinspokes with 4 nearly new 195.45.15 tyres and for £1600 the car will come with 4 MINT condition Speedline Alessio 2 wheels with 4 decent 195.45.15 tyres

There is some old service history there with the car and some old tax-disc holders as well

The car needs to be seen to be appreciated but it is not 100% spotless

i wouldn't sell it mate trust me you will regret letting a clean car like that go.
(unless you are replacing it with a nova sport or somethin ;) )

Decided I'm going to keep it as it would take too long to get another good shell which would need repaired again

Might as well get this one up to a good standard as it's not too far away instead of going back to square one on what could be a worse shell than what I started with :)
