Kumho KU31's (if they do them that small)

or possibly Yoko A021's if you dont mind a semi track tyre :d

actually in 13" you can get Avon ACB10's but they were £90 per corner last time I looked 3 years ago lol

without knowing the width you may as well be looking a 18" tyres, no offence lol with a width you'd have an idea of what tyres to price up, and decide weather you want a little bit of stretch or not. and if they are going on you nova it'll need dropping. lots lol. this is my mates 13"s on my nova which is dropped 60mm

edit-- looking at them they sould be a 50 profile...

you did say "best"..... with no budget :p
A021's are used as the all weather tyre for stock rods etc... so they are rather good.

imho yoko "road" tyres are gash, yoko track tryes are amazing!

Aye I'm sure 45's are discontinued.
Here's my mates 195/45/13 (I think) Yokos on a 6/6.5j rim for an idea.

Whats the tyre width?

Remember profile is a percentage. So a 45 profile on a 165 tyre will be smaller than a 45 profile on a 195 tyre.

Round rubbery black ones would be my upmost initial though....

so what size tyres would be best on a 13" 5.5j rim?

fiat cinquecento sporting ran 165 55 13 and they are the same hight as 175 50 13, the fiat tyres are cheap as chips now on the bay and will fit those rims a treat.

175/60 FTW unless you are suffering some kinda euro/poke fetish.

Are those wheels in the pic 4x100 pcd?

175/50/13's fitted fine on my 6" wide 13's.

185/60/13 are the best size for a 5.5J rim IMO and easy to source as they are a Mini size.
