can anyone tell me if plastic welders are basically heat guns with a nozzle on the end to direct the heat more precisly, can anyone show me some pictures of plastic welders also plase as i havn't actually seen one, thanks :thumb:

Use them at work (Floor Fitter) Get up to 300 degrees c.

The two silver nozzles are attachments, or you can use it as it is for a larger spread of the heat.

Also, you have to let it cool down before you turn it off!

i just use a soldering iron and some zip/cable ties lol

A soldering iron down work very well, a flat tip is right right.
