I dunno whre the other pic is riggy. lol
lol I have seen/heard of this being spoken about before. The original guy sounds hillarious! :d
its CHAV
It's charver/charva/charv laddo.
The phrase originates from the North East (I do know how much you love the Norf) and you lot stole it and turned it as gay as your beer. :)
There's a gazillion origins of the chav word. My personal favourite is the Chatham Average one lol
That is a good one. You lot aren't very original though, 'cock'. lol

its not for the north east you schnozz berry, its like RJ said, from cheltenham ladies college,
they used to call the scrotes around there (folks on £5m>PA) averages, thus, cheltenham averages, chavs, not charvss,
wtfs a charv?!
Charv is just chav in a northern accent. Case closed.

Council house and violence.
Skeggy is chav central

I can vouch for that one not being true as my ex (who lived there) used to rant on about how the chav phrase was around before the mass scrotes appeared in Cheltenham. Most of them seemed to emigrate across from Gloucester lol
LMFAO!!!
This was epic!
It started when i had my car on display at a show.
It had a wicked paintjob on it and EVERYONE wanted to touch it!
So I had a sign made up saying 'Look but please don't touch'
After this, some knob turned up, looked at the sign, then started stroking the paint!!
I said ' Excuse me, the sign says don't touch, so dont touch'
He turned round and said 'It's OK Mate, I'm in the trade!!'
To which i replied 'What fuccking trade? Touching Cars???'
Turns out he was a painter, but in my eyes that didnt give him the right or reason to touch my car!
I relayed this story to Rexy, Riggy, Sean, Ste etc at Trax and we had a proper laugh about it. Even making hand gestures/movements for people in and out of the trade.
Palm of hand - No trade!
Back of hand - In't Trade!
Classic!!

ahh but RJ i do beleive the fine ladies of cheltenham called regular people chavs, as a derogatory term to the middle/working classes, and we just adopted it for scrotes hahaha
but who knows, just who knows

Now i can understand, as to a valeter you check a car for polish/wax by running the back of your hand (from a common sense point of view) over the panel gently, as the back of your hand has next to no surface grease on it, whereas the palm of your hand is greasy as hell (think fingerprints) and will leave marks on the paint if run over the polished surface lol

You wouldn't feel any polish, unless its not been worked properly.
Wax maybe yeah :)
It was all a made up joke anyway. I don't think it matters what side of the hand you use to touch a car, I just dodn't want anyone touching mine!!!

Aye i know dude, but if ever you need to run your hand over a panel say on a showroom car i personally use the back of my hand as its less greasy, its not a 'trade rule' though so that guy was just a goon lol
But i sooo agree with you, its like my carpark days, you could guarantee as soon as you pull up in your freshly polished motor (daily occurrance for me as im anal about cleaning my car) someone would come over and lean in your car and leave greasy hand marks on your roof/screen/A pillar lol
leave greasy hand marks on your roof/screen/A pillar lol
Thats when you get all punchy :)

Im not as manly as you so id just (and still do it on odd occaisions when i pop out to see old mates) shout and glare at them till hands are removed lol
