View Full Version : which wheels for my gte ??
hi guys
jus wondering what you think ? i want to go down the alloy route or something different i do like the trims i have on but just want a change of wheels/look ? so wanted your opinions/selections really im open to anything steels/gm wheels ( fans slabs etc) or alloys what you think if. anybody can photo shop aswell that would be great i was thinking refurbed silver cav sri fans with red vauxhall logo on the centre caps any one photoshop ?

i think it looks good with the trims, old school style.
but there are a lot of alloys that suit the nova
but not many nova's in your colour,
so its hard to see what it would look like.
i'd go for some grey alloys, rather than silver
think they would go well with the blue :thumb:

I think the hub caps look crap, so I'm in favour of some alloys.
Personally my faves are Tigra/vectra crease 5 spoke.

^^^^Dont think they would suit the gte tbh. Cesaros? softstars? etc Been done to death but imo they still look the best and would set of a perfect looking gte ;)

Id go for the astra GSi fanblades myself, you dont see that much of them, might get a set for mine aswell.

I thik the gte alloys or the fan blades suit the car best
painted steelies look ok but your standard trims look best IMO

id definetley get silver wheels, will suit the 'old skool' look more. before seeing those shops i was going to say fanblades, after seeing them im even more convinced.

Keep the steels and trims though IMO. IF I had a GTE that's what I'd roll on. You never see them!.Awesome.

Everyone has Speedlines and they'd be my 1st choice - 2nd to them it would be silver Fanblades with the centre caps fitted :)

Anything bar speedlines. More of a Mk2 wheel IMO.

This is a tough one but I'd go for the GSI Ronals or a nice refurbed set of steelies maybe 15's in silver.

funk me lads didnt expect all those shops thanks alot nova boi rep coming your way if i had my way id have the teddies :D ! definitely want a silver wheels suits the cars look more imo for pureness im torn between the 3 spokes which really it should be or i do like the fan blades ? i dont like the speedlines or comps not to keed on the cesaros yet to see astra fans on it :D thanks for all the comments and shops!!! keep em coming

Not as far as i know, only 14" - Ronal turbos looks good imo, but iirc they aren't very Nova offset friendly :( ET37 is as close as they go..
