I got this 2 door saloon Nova for a few (and I mean few) parts!!

I think it must be a contender for the most rotten shell ever, the back axle has now fallen out of it!!!lol
(excuse my sisters graffiti, she tried to improve the look for me!)

It's a genuine 1 owner from new car, with 86k, but was just parked up and never looked at for the guts of 10 years.
Rot seemed to have got a hold in it before that though, because there has been a few patches welded into it!!

I think it's well beyond saving, as I said the back axle has rotted out of it, there are no front chassis legs left etc (the rear leg with the towing eye is sitting in the passenger seat!), I'm actually now wondering how I'm going to scrap it because it'll fall apart going down the road!!lol

Pity because it's an 83 one so a fairly early car......

that isnt a mk1 astra, its a nova. and even if it was an eastate, you cant make an estate out of a hatch which it clearly is/was. but as burgo is saying, not an estate.

its a mr2 nova hatch just look at the front wing were the indicator sits.

i think it just looks like that because the roof is bent and dodgy camera angle

There is no way on gods earth that it could be saved, there is no good metal left to weld to, the roof is about the only good part left on it.lol Anyone who thinks otherwise needs their head examined!

Has a brown dash, carpet and trim which could come in handy for the Sport, the only reason why I have it!!

There is a real mixture of colours, dash is brown, door cards are green (I think), seats are cream, brown carpets, and some of the pillar trim is brown, and other parts cream!!

I'm keeping all the brown bits, but the rest is yours if you want it!!!

Nah ive never had any that bad.
However my bros old Areg nova has been sat in my dads garden/yard for the last 10 yrs , it was quite rusty when it went in, so Im pretty sure it would be pretty bad now.
