2.0 litre vectra engine

hi guys looking for some advise really at a loss want to punt this moter but cant with the way its running
heres the details
vectra b 2.0 on a r plate
just had new plugs
changed coil pack
new cam shaft sensor
new crackshaft sensor

took it for diagnostic test the other day only showing had camshaft sensor not working so bought a brand new one

car just not running properly just dead stuttery, took plugs out after a week or so and there blk,gave them a clean but still not helped the revs wont go passed 4and a half

any ideas its doing my head in!!!!

is the timing ok? Have you checked for air leaks around the inlet? Throttle body clean?

oh and had new middle and back box in last week had a look in side the cat when middle section was off looked ok?

my omega had a replacement head after the dealer serviced cambelt had snapped.... the inlet was loose, like john h said... they fixed it, but after a few weeks, the cat was tatered...

I reckon coolant temp sender, the one with the blue plug, as it sounds like it's running rich which is normally due to that playing up.
