Changine over a wiper motor...

How easy and how long would changing a wiper motor over be?! I've got the motor and tools sorted out, just how easy is it?!
If you could let me know it would be appreciated as my wipers are getting slower and slower now! LOL
Its not the battery though.

If you cab get the three screws out without chewing them up it takes about 15mins. Spray them with WD40 now and let it soak in.
