2.0 16v van

yup another 2.0 16v nova is on the road....
learches van.... built by me over the weekend....

friday night - remove 1.6i - steam clean engine bay

saturday -

11am collect engine and find bits -

2pm touch up engine bay - assemble engine and steam clean - make engine mounts - put 1600cc cav cvs on shafts

5pm sort out wiring (it used to be a D) - make exhaust etc - engine running by 10pm :lol:

I bought a 1.2 last night, went out to buy some razors, came back with a Nova!! Got slight troubles with it (help me out, see my post m8)
...will put a 1.4 SR 57k engine into it LATER though.

Thats not bad goin ste ive spent all weekend stripping down my brother xe, and cleaning everything up like new (pressure washers are so good :wink:) I dont suppose you want to lend a hand with the wireing for my c16xe when i put in in later on in the year. LOL u should make idiot proof conversion guides for all the different engine's and sell them.

Step 1. Turn car upside down and shake untill engine falls out .......... :D
