Urgent Alarm Wiring Help

The alarm in the coras not been wired in proeprly, basically their are 5 wires coming out the back of it:

Brown
Blue
Black
Red
Purple

As far as i can figure, the red and black are like and earth, and the others go to the interior light, just wondering what i need to do to to make the hazards flash when it goes off? :confused:

Sell the pile of scrap and get a decent car?

Get a live feed out of the alarm, and take it the the switched side of the relay:)

But that will make the hazards flash permenantly wont it? or at nleast when the door open

No, when the alarm is going off, there should be a feed coming out of it for an external siren etc

Get a meter out, set the alarm off, and see which wire fires 12v out:)

Theirs noe xternal siren, simply a live, an earth, a led live and a interior-light-door-pin live, thats all, its abit of a pain in the ****

What make alarm is it? If its not got a siren or anything then its preety ****, dont bother with it!

its called "microscan", it works fine but the hazards dont flash and i have no idea how to wire them up, also it doesnt work on ultra-sonic things, just the door switch lol
