hi i was thinking about getting an old engine and restoring it, mainly to learn some skills and stuff about engines as i dont know crap all atm and am affraid to do it on my daily incase something goes historically wrong, it dosnt have to work just something i can play with and fix to eventually dump in my car!

mate that sounds great what condition are they in? Im not sure how i could collect as i only have the nova' could i pay you to bring them here if you have a better mode of transport.

Well the heads are off both so will go in the back of a nova no problem, as that's all I have at the mo too lol

You'd probably get away with just a top end spruce up on them so not bad at all really. Personally i'd prob do that on one and give the other a full rebuild and up the power :)

hi iam in need of a 1.6 8v nova engine. can any of you guys help?
its going in a nova for the msa rally cross series next season, problem is me and a mate have got a nova, weve stripped it and starting to build it up but... still have no engine! we will rebuild it totally any way but a lower milage/good runner would be much appriciated.

please help!!!
