Not all months are fours weeks Martin so are five for example, I get paid on the last friday of every month so sometimes its four weeks and sometimes its five

See im the complete opposite, if i got payed weekly i'd be skint by the 4th day lol, i like getting paid montly. Pay out £400 worth of bills then £800 is mine to do what the fcuk i want with :)

Yeah i used to get 28 day pay cycle, best setup imo was excellent.

I get payed today as now get paid fortnightly on a tuesday which is so random i cant be bothered to go into it.

Nope, they just allocate you a standard tax code (which in this year is indeed 647L) and hope for the best more often than not. If you en up underpaying, that plays into their hands nicely lol

i got paid yesterday, my paydays change usually the last friday of the month, but depends when my mate submits the wages and when our head office processes it. so i got mine yesterday.
