I want to upgrade both the RAM and hard drive on my laptop, but want to make sure i get the right ones.

Its a Toshiba P200 1IR (17" screen)

It has 120GB hard drive and 2GB of RAM at present.

Whats the options available?

Just bought mine last week, 160gb hard drive and 4gb of ram!!:d
I wouldnt really go for a large hard drive because it makes sense to just use an exteranal one.. or memory cards/sticks etc;)

Why is that?

Because you can take all your songs/info with you anywhere and plug it into a mates or have it all on your phone.. and as a bonus it keeps your laptops harddrive clear so it should stop it form running slower!;)
