Was just looking online and came across a bugeye impreza s202, apparenlty *like they always say* its the best of the best pmsl.
Reading evos right up and appralently petter test drove it and was mightly impressed with it, One has popped up for sale as well up in bradford :roll: oh dear... for around 8kish.
Worth a look me thinks :D

only 400 made as well, so pretty darm rare, they are not oficially a subaru either as they are limited to 276brake in japan apparently this is pushing 320 from factory :D
I think im in love, but the front end needs changing lol.

no, they do a blue as well. the one i was looking at is blue which is a shame cas its far too common but meh hey ho.

Oh my god, i've never seen such roughness in all my life, The whole thing is covered in primer primer overspray and a whole heard of other awefulness.
I feel for the lad who bought it :( i really do. Paid 4500 as well for a 51plate.

The majority of the the KTC cars are jap writeoffs but because our laws are different they get away with selling them over here. They also don't show on previous history.

KTC, absolutley hate my mate as he has setup his own imprt business and has had some fecking impressive cars over, including a Nissan GTR35 (brand new too, with 7kms on it) and they have sent him threatening letters and tried to take him to court for under-cutting them and stealing business lol

just found out the S202 which i was going to go and have a look at today cannot be made road legal, In a legal sense :(
How gutting is that, not 100% sure on how it works but there was a loophole where these cars just about got into the uk, this has now been closed and due to them not having a model report they wont sva the buggers and without a sva it will not be allowed on the road.
How gay is that then... :(

Ahhh teh good old "gentleman's agreement"... They just sell it as an export model to get round that. Hence why early UKDM 3000GT Mk2s are 320bhp whilst the JDM ones are "275bhp" lol

Rexy, a lot of Jap cars come over with about 60k-ish on them as come that point/age as I believe you have to do a much tougher MOT equivalent in Japland. So they just sell up and buy new cars lol

well me and mr chris have had a funn day out at the keighly trade centre and WRC who are actually part of them.
Well, the s202 i went to look at was yeah alright, but they didnt let me test drive anything. oh well... so i turned my interest to the blobeye sti 9kish totally boggo standard owned by some guy from wales :D it would appear the engine blew up at 60k costing 2700 for a replacement this was half of the total cost lol.
He offered 5k for mine as it stands with stone chips dents and everything else, so im still being offered what i paid for it. Again he wouldnt let me test drive it. I then started to wonder around and oh ended up looking at evo's AGAIN lol. mainly the 6 and 7.
All the cars in this WRC place seem to have a lot of filler, bad paint work etc. the lancias in there are hamazing tho as a car to behold. I woundlt buy one for the ignorant **** tho lol.
Off to keighly, and it was a game of spot the straight car pmsl, However i did come across two s204's which is the Hawkeye equivilent of the s202 :D i dont have 30k to play with lol.
I figured out that.... for an extra 5k ontop of my car i would be really disapointed in the sti as its a 10k car, the wrx is a 5k car and thats a bit of a disapointment over the clio 172 which was 1k lol. We've had a funn day looking at cars tho, it gets boring after a while and you just cannot be arsed with them. Oh and then we saw some henleys boys... straight to the evos lol.
Best repair of the day:- New shape scooby STI, full side had been done lol. not an overly great job. i feel sorry for the people who buy ****e from these places i really really do..

i went to that k-t-c spot to look at dc5's and they were ****e!! as were most cars that were there!
most the jap imported stuff is ****e lol, they buy it as cheap as poss, make it look half decent then whack a massive profit on the ****ers. Buisness is business... lol

I've always wondered why KTC was pretty cheap for hot cars....now I know.
Always thought they were either ringers or cut-and-shuts.
I definately wouldn't buy anything from there, and I drive past it every day.

aye but theres some decent porsches and lambos inside,
i ended up getting dc5 from a honda main dealer paid 1k more than k-t-c wanted and its a far cleaner car!
