corsa conversion linkage

on the corsa b XE conversion do you have to do anything to the linkage like the nova? (turning universal join?):thumb:

ok the corsa linkage i have is off a 1ltr 12v engine.... do i need another linkage and is the gearbox mount onto chassis mount different between the 1ltr and other corsa engines in other words do i need another for the conversion??

Drivers side engine mount si different on the 12v/16v so you need the extra plate to bolt to the chassis leg. The other mounts same as a nova conversion still use a gearbox spacer (with corsa brackets obviously) you need to extend the U shaped part of the linkage by 15mm.
