No it's not a spider bite it's an abcess, she's nearly puking because of the smell. Believe me I know, my boyfriend had one on his back that he decided to pop himself (cos he think he's well 'ard, innit) and my god the smell is unbelieveable.

Oh and one of my friends posted it on facebook, I don't sit at home searching for this sh1t. lol

Yeah, thats a cyst (looks like a sebaceous cyst), not an abscess. Sometimes they do go away on their own, sometimes they just sit there collecting pus and other such junk, and sometimes they require surgical removal.

Its also quiet common for people to get them at the base of the spine, at the top of the bumcrack (pilonidal cyst) lol

I once had something similiar on the back of my ear, a lot smaller tho like a marble, DIY surgery FTW :)
