View Full Version : Mk.1 Nova SR (Silver) on Twin Dellortos, Cesaros

Great basis for an old-school Nova project, a very nice, original looking Nova SR 1300cc, It is sold as a project. It has a few little rust spots (as always, doors and rear arches), and has a small dent in the roof where something fell on it in the garage.
Now fitted with STEEL WHEELS and supplied with a single Pierburg carb (not fitted). NOTE - Cesaros and twin carbs are SOLD!!!
It has a high lift camshaft fitted, and a FULL Magnex stainless steel exhaust system.
No MoT or tax. I have not put it in for an MoT test, so don't ask me what it needs. At this price it's a bargain whatever.
Asking price is £300 - NO OFFERS.
It would be a great shame to break it up, but if it doesn't sell complete, that's what will happen.

Correct, it used to have a set of eccentric top mounts on it.

was interested bud but ive seen another nova that neeeds literaly no work and its only a merit so its not ruining it when i xe it!! ill have the back box accelorator cable and some bits i need to fit my 40's to my sr though!!!

I also have a selection of other Nova 3 door shells to clear, from bad to good. Available with as little or as many other parts you want. At least 3 of them have NO SUNROOF so ideal for race, rally or track conversions.

No-one want to buy this SR with the single carb and steel wheels? I really don't have time/inclination to strip it, even though it is worth more in bits.
I can offer it at a very sensible price - I was thinking £300. That's got to be cheap for a Mk.1 SR with a full MAGNEX exhaust system and 2.0 16v front brakes!
Obviously needs trailering away as it has no MoT, and no carburettor fitted.

Unbelievably, this SR is now back up for sale, as the person who was buying it has now pulled out.
I must have e-mailed 10 or more people telling them it was sold............so anyone who enquired about it, I can now advise that it is back up for sale again.
