Yeh they are exactly the same casting. Different valves and cams in the LET. Exhausts valves are sodium filled for heat dissapation.

im in need of a decent head asap, one that i just have to bolt down to my block without messing with. theres one i want on here but i was just looking to see if theres any cheaper ones first.

the one on cs is a let one so im guessing itl be no good then cos the valves and that are different.

would have thought the LET one would be ok on an XE, but not an XE head on a LET. unless you want to remove it after a few hundred miles because of burnt valves...

Valves are the same as well. All XE's and LET's had sodium filled exhaust valves originally.
