Fusion are most certainly budget.

Problem is with budget stuff is they never print the full spec so its hard to match stuff properly - go look at a JL or Alpine manual for an amp or sub and you get pages and pages of tech spec on the equipment (alpine amps used to come with a "birth certificate" which showed the exact power output and performance of that specific amp).

I would wager that Fusion is 550W PMPO but probably only 100W RMS lol

If you payed £50 quid then fair enough, any more than that and you'd be wanting to look elsewhere for second hand gear.

i had a bass tube by fusion in my nova and it was very good, excellent value for money,, and no panel rattle, where as my mate had a vibe cbr in his nova and it had serious panel rattle, think it was because the tube wasnt directly facing the boot

panel rattle is when you have loose panels, not a bad sub, the vibe cbr made your mates car rattle because it was probably outputting double the fusion...and vibe arent that good lol

Fusion, are budget!

And as your on a budget, why not?

Its adds some bass, and money is always better spent on the car rather than the stereo!

I have a £400 rockford fosgate, purely coz a mate sold it me cheap!

Just put it in facing the boot:P

To be honest, I much prefer one of my subs plugged in to both. It seems much more responsive and there aint "too" much bass lol
