help me need too change a part dont no how too

i need too put a new plastic thingy in the gear changer its the one in the middle of it im needing to change it due to it not letting me gear down in to 2nd gear anyone know how too remove ? thanks gavin

yes thats the one ive removed the pin

if your taking the whole piece off theres another pin going to an arm on the gearbox and a 13mm bolt at the back coming off the selector
