I went in June to a place called Illfracombe. Got stuck on the M5 for 2 hours in a massive tailback. :( It was fecking boiling that week too. :cry:

Yeh good luck Jimbo, I'm sure you will pass espeically as you've had your licence before. I had to retake mine after getting 6 points in under two years and I found it quite easy. Its amazing how many bad habbits you pick up once you've had your licence though!

i also had to retake my test a few years ago. was dreading it as i hadnt driven once in 5 months and got so many bad habits. i just drove to the test centre that day and passed it easy. the examiner didnt even watch what i was doing for most of the time. hopefully ul pass no problem!

Gotta be a good omen mate! I hate DVLA letters lol. Always panic. Received one today but it was just saying they have processed my SORN status for my Nissan. Phew!

And psh, the M5 is easy. Not as bad as the A30 by the St Austell turning before the built the new dual carriageway section, that used to be a nightmare for traffic in the summer. Trucks constantly driving into that dayglo rail bridge always amused me, you can see it from miles away yet they were always bonking it lol
