nah i've no phone atm matey. Im going to enquire about my CBT as there is a place local that do it in leigh. see what its going to cost and just get myself a little 125 to scoot to work on. :D

Yeah, never ever been on a bike before with gears. Had a little go on a Pee Wee 50 years ago but that was tiny. I had funn, and i wanted to do my bike lience ages ago but never bothered lol. Going to go fo it now i think how much funn :D

Yes iirc, and you can only ride a 50cc on L plates nothing higher cc!

Nope, for a full bike licence you need to do a cbt (the clue is in the name, Compulsary Basic Training):thumb:

you can ride upto a 125 on L plates with a driving liscense passed prior to the dates mentioned

When to complete a CBT

You will need to complete a CBT if:
* you want to ride a moped (a moped has an engine not over 50 cc with maximum design speed not exceeding 50 kilometres per hour which is approximately 31 miles per hour)
* you want to ride a motorcycle

If you obtained your car licence before 1 February 2001 you do not need to complete a CBT to ride a moped.
