wat size exhaust am i best to get to get best performance out of a 1.2 nova with 1.4 head and cam with a 1.3 inlet and carb?

the same diameter exhaust is used on all factory petrol novas....

what manifold are you using??? the 1.3 4-2-1 works pretty well, especially if you make sure that the 2-1 bit is cleaned up for decent flow

fair enough well iv got standard manifold onit but i got 3inch pipe all way through thought i might b loosin back pressure or summit

take the head off and put the 1200 one back on there if your after performance.
