Part painted black with hammerite but never actually finished.
Would definitely need stripping back and starting over.
Not really any curb marks from what I remember.

This is a black one lol... there's 2 more black ones and one not quite so black i think. To be honest I'd buy a big bottle of paint stripper and strip them right back.
