Thats a brilliant place to be recording from. What type/model of camera is it you have on the front? The resolution is good and it focuses well.

Yeah most camcorders you can get a cigarette lighter charger for and then just wire it direct to the battery.

no as its an all in one sealed unit to keep the wet out.
It only runs on 2 aa's.
