also will anyone know what type of flywheel i have?

its out of a J plate calibra and its dispack.

J reg dispack, sounds like its had an engine change.

Depends what box is on it, remove the inspection plate, assuming it has one, if not you will have to wait til the box is off.

IVe got a brand new Pot fly clutch kit in my dads shed if thats the type your engine has. If its a dispak engine and no ones swapped the fly, it'll probably have a later pot fly

They all have inspecttion plates IIRC, however if its a pot type (likely if its a dispac) then you will have to seperate the engine and box to replace the clutch.

From my experience the pot type clutches are about twice as expensive (but that was quite a few years ago I bought mine)
So might be better to get hold of a flat fly wheel and do a swap, gives better engine pick up, easier to replace in future and cheaper, WIN WIN WIN.

there is such thing as f20s with no inspection plate ive had one, they suck.
