1983 nova spec

i have an A registered 1983 nova sr. the car is in presteine condition as far as im aware but did the 1983 nova have the rear bumper without the lip for the gte skirt to attach at the bottom. the car has pentagon centred sr steel wheels but are they ment to be 13 or 14 inch?

Yeah it has the rear bumper without the GTE lower skirt attached.

Also, the bumper should be totally one piece, as later spec models had a dividing line at the very bottom of the bumper

As above, in 88 the rear bumper gained a crease line ready for the GTE lip to slot into. Wheels would have been 13".

thanks, thats what i thought. the bumper must have been changed at some point in its life . wheels are 13 just wasnt sure.

hmm whats the chances of finding the correct bumper, anyone got one in there shed?
