Are these legal dose anyone know and what happens to the reverse light?

YOu dont legally need a reverse light.
Just splice into the rear fog light wire, so you can use the reverse light as a fog light.....

so then i would have a fog light on each light cluster? Its deffinatly not MOT failure?
