spotted in cheshire, want to know who it is

seen this afternoon between Winsford and Middlewich, white f reg 3 door going like the clappers, i spotted a cage and red/blue/yellow stripe across the boot (only got a rear view) was going to try and chase down in my tesco van, but i was going the other way and i'd never have cought up!

so, who's was it?
