In reverse.

it does feel faster than it is, but then it doesnt hang around.

5.5 to 7.5, depending on more variables than I care to mention

My standard XE did it in just under 6 seconds. However none of my other ones seemed anywhere near as quick.

The more max power stickers you have on it the faster it will be.

At Brunters, I did a 5.1 on road tyres, suprised that yours isnt a bit quicker? Then again, its all subjective I guess and different timing gear etc...

They were using the one that sticks to the window then gets it from a satalite i think so not to good really.
I did 2 runs back to back and both came in at 20 seconds when it was the same as the vid. They let me go again and came in the 6's again.

This is what I don't get.

My VX220 had a quoted 0-60 of 5.5. Didn't feel anywhere near as quick as a Nova XE.

Thats cos its built in 2001 onwards, whereas novas are 80s bean cans!lol

No torque steer etc... booorrriiiinnnngggggg

Will

Yeah I know that, but you'd think similar power to weight, it'd feel as quick.

To be honest, it disapointed me.

Its a nova, 50mph seems warp speed.
And when you see the exciting side of 125+mph and then let off the throttle you realise that novas were never built to see silly speeds lol lol

Last time I checked mine on the road with road tyres with a AP-22 0-60 timer I could not get below 6 seconds because of wheelspin. It just didn't have the traction. That was in 2004. The best I managed was 6 seconds flat.

With reading the replies thats the sort of time i was expecting. Need to save a couple of pennies and get one bought. Anyone selling up in the next few weeks?
