water pipes on turbo

ive got a gt2860rs turbo on my let nova ive got 2 water feeds,cant figure out what one goes to what.does the one in the first and second pic the fat pipe does it go to the rad,but cant figure out where the other one goes

i thought so on my header tank ive got 2 outlets,so i just blank one off
