What do people think of facebook? I am on facebook and think it is quite good like, you can also add pictures on to it and use them on here, thats what i do instead of using photobucket:thumb:

I have also met up with old friends and kept in contact with them for free using facebook.

Has its pros an cons. Got back in touch with a few old friends on there, including one girl at the moment who I had a fling with many years ago. And still rather fancy now.

Best addition to facebook was the "ignore all requests" button. Bye bye mafia wars/famville/kidnap/owned/gayhat app requests lol

IMO <16 is for bebo, 16-18 is myspace, and 19+ is facebook. The lines do get blurred sometimes though, you can usually tell this by people's statuses - there's a few people on my friends list who i've kept on purely for entertainment purposes

Facebook is the best way to share your social life unintentionally with your family, who will after a bit add you and go mad if you don't accept, then ring you at 9 in the morning after a big night out asking who so and so girl is after you've been randomly on facebook waiting for a taxi and that's just plain embarrasing

wont say i love it or owt, but i make use of it alot. its a handy tool to have, i have friends who are at uni/ workin all over the show, its cheaper and has more functions than just textin/ringin someone, makes me laugh most days and i can organise decent nights out at weekends dead easily. profit!

facebook amended there terms and con and it now is suppose to say all your pics ,vids etc belong to facebook when you cancel your account and can do what they want with them.

I love Facebook, Me and my best friends are really close and dont get to see each other as much now we're all at uni or working full time so talk to each other on there. As for contacting people by phone 'like the old days' i cant afford it!

Cons tho is that I ended up with a load of people that i used to go to school with as friends and i dont even like them and some of them used to bully me so i deleted them all the other day. I somehow seem to have 180 odd friends tho but i have a big family lol

Also, had a lot of problems with my family over the last month and snide statuses didnt help things

Its pretty good for keeping in touch with, especially as alot people I know on there are working all over the place, ones travelling in oz, so its good/easy to keep contact, what I cant stand is all the pointless peoplle that become fans of 'getting drunk' or 'sleeping in my own bed' etc.. honestly, there are some right wasters on there!

I think it's ok as I've kept in contact with a few friends that I hadn't seen for years and also drunk photos are awesome!There are a fair few of myself out on drunk nights. The key thing is not to take facebook too seriously!
