MOT

Ok, got MOT so should i service it myself first (which i think won't find everything) or just get it done at a garage? I'm worried that if i do bits (like filters) myself they will do it again and charge me loads... but if they don't do it then it will fail MOT? Confused! J

the mot is not a service....

all i do with my cars is change the oil every 5k..... anything else is fixed when needed

take car for mot 1 month before it runs out... then sort all the probs

even if it fails MOT most places now adays give you a free retest..... find a station that does

i know i keep mentioing them but take your car to bassingbourne garage, they are great. not a dodgy place but they are understanding.


just make sure the fluid levels are ok ie brake and coolant topped up
