isuzu td valve clearances

as above i need to do mine on the astra estate as its getting a poor starter and dont wanna get caught out this winter
any tips and has anybody done theres i am wondering where to get the shims from also when ive measured them up:thumb:

i did mine on the nova, you can get them out with a pry bar and a small hooky screwdriver, push the valve down, pop the shim out and messure it, you normally find you interchange them so u only need to grind one of two, i ground mine on a face grinder, can't remember the clearences though!
