corsa gear linkage

i have just fitted a c20xe with an f20 box into my corsa and im told i need to mod the gear linkage, does anyone have any info on this?:thumb:

theres a few guides on corsasport buddy, been told an F13 one works from an X12XE, or it needs to be extended by 10-15mm
