Managed Ipswich Babay!
RIP, not that I really know much about you!
R.I.P SBR. A true footballing great and one of the last real gentleman in the sport.
I know we Sunderland fans sung songs about him etc. but that was when he as fit and well and in charge of the scum. No different to any other manager.
Sad to see him go.
Scum? Cheeky git!!!
True GREAT of football.

The man was a true legend sad for him not to be around, he lived football and a great passion for newcastle united :d
Went on a tour of St James' on a lads weekend in Newcastle, they missed out the trophy room for some reason, i honestly think if they'd not sacked Sir bobby he might have changed that
Was looking really ill the last time i saw him on TV, not suprising though after going through what he has, beating cancer 4 times!
RIP To a TRUE legend, Sir Bobby.

lol. Unlikely IMO, but the best shot the Mags have had in recent years, no question. It's mostly the stupid NUSC that wanted him out, always after a quck fix.
Bet the same ones are calling him the best they ever had and a true legend now.

Has been a sad, sad day. Went to the ground today for the tributes and to leave a flag/scarf. Going back on Sunday when it should be covered. Will post pics if I remember / come back on

NUSC was only formed recently. Under a year, I'd say, so wasn't that. TBH I don't know anyone that wanted him gone.
But agree we still wouldn't have won anything, sadly. Although he did do an amazing job

The name may be recent but they're the ones that do all the 'boycoutting' and protesting and what not?
