what cam is better for a 1.3sr? an 1.4sr cam or gte cam? i already have a gte cam in there at the moment but have been told a 1400sr cam is best is this true?

i've tried a 1.4 cam and it required a different dizzy (and different wiring set up) o run, so i gave up and put the 1.3 one back in. get yourself a haynes or vauxhall workshop manual and look at duration and lift for the best ones.

Would a 1300 actually benefit from a 1.4 cam?

ok cheers mate i currently have a gsi cam in there at the moment and its pushing out 80 bhp we have mechined a fitting on the end so the distributer fite it and it works fine i just need more power if you know what i mean as i am up against a 106 rallye in the british autocross championship

i already have one chris but cheers thought. you dont know the sizes for the oil seal on the f10/13/15 gearboxes do you? because i have just brought a cr f13 box but the seals are completly shot? cheers chris

driveshaft seals? i bought a pair from vaux a couple of years back for less than a tenner. cant remember where i put them tho, and need them soon!
