i just bought gasket paper when i did my 2e a couple of weeks back, and if he jets are blocked i've used a very small drill before to clear it.

gasket paper for a 2e ! omg your an apsolute renegade, the gasket looks like something out of the crystal maze.

good plan tho, and it'll save some wonga :thumb:

oh, question on the jets, does the 2e have one up and one down, i mean, does the carb need splitting to get to the lower one ? i think the 1b has both topside, but ive not split one before so not 100%. and are the jets supposed to be sealed in with ptfe tape or loctite or anything ?

i think as long as the jets are in hand tight they should be ok, if its any help this is from when i split mine in two
