The real question is will Michael take over from Masa/ Ferrari !!!!!
(It won't ...but if that happened it would be so cool)

TBH rari arent going to be competing any honours this season so its a great chance to give a driver coming through the ranks so proper track time, IF shuey did come back (which is unlikely as he gets paid not to race) its not going to help them in the long run.

Not a shock to hear TBH. BMW have hardly done anything great this season, and considering they squallered Kubicas chance for a title race last year in a bid to develop the 09 car....hasnt really done much!!! Kubica and possibly Heidfeld could be on a few teams shopping lists. Hmmm, Kubica to Ferrari to Partner Alonso in 2010??

BMW were doing enduro motorcycle off road racing, sponsored the best in the world, then he quit, cz the bike was ****!
He pissed on it infront of the big bmw boss! He went mad asking what the fook are you doing, he replied, thats all its good for lol lol lol
Later on he left the team...... lol

Ah yes....David "Knighter" Knight. Absolute funking off road legend! Left BMW after some seriously poor results, went back to the USA, where he won the GNCC last year, and beat them all.....on a self bought Kawasaki!!
This season, enduro stuff aside, their 2 wheeled stuff is doing the business. They have had some good results with their new 1000RR in WSB.
Is weaponry allowed on the cars yet?

Alonso had a tyre launcher if that counts lol

why would he? he hasn't raced since he quit, testing insn't allowed anymore,.. and he's 40 years old... he wont risk getting his a$$ kicked by some young guys.

i'm not surprised to hear this, honda als quit last year, who will follow and exit the money guzzling f1 ??
I don't think michael 'll take over massa/ferrari. he's been out to long, and ferrari's got excellent other drivers . .

Cheers for the link. Hmmmmm, Buttons title bid could be at threat here then??!!
7 races left.....
he wont be a threat, to be honest, i cant see him doing that well but we'll see
I am seriously looking forward to how this pans out... Schumi retired cos the ferrari management put him on the spot about whether or not he was going to race, cos they'd signed Kimi & wanted to sort out the second seat.....
Schumi against kimi in the ferrari will be marvelous, cos it will be a true measure of who is the better driver.... personally i think its schumi... but I can be proved wrong...
Also renault is on the up, Lewis is back on form, vettel& webber are up for it.. I think the run to the end of the season will be incredible. especially if the brawn team can find their form again.
so its still going to be dull as ever then...

And banned from the race in Valencia....
Kimi doesnt seem to be interested, or is it the car. IMO, Schumi will have it hard. Having had no time in the current car will go against him. BUT he did win 7 world titles so that must count for something!
Webber for F1 Championship 09!!
Schuey making his comeback will certainly shake up a few drivers. So far, I must say the Championship has been pretty interesting to say the least with so many varied race winners and the fact that the Championship is far from won. TBH, I cant see Schuey being in contention, more an aid for his Team Mate.
One thing is for sure, Button might be top of the points, Webber is closing but with Hamilton back on form and Alonso's wheels staying on and Schuey's return, its gonna be 7 races well worth watching.

kimi just can't be bothered, cos the car is not to his liking. schumi once took a minardi round monza as a favour to give them some publicity (they had ferrari engines that year) & would have qualified 4th for that years GP. Schumi could get a Formula3 ahead of the farce indias if he was asked to.
renault have time for an appeal
I think in light of recent events and the footage of the mechanic waving no no the appeal will not go through. The FIA need to make a stand.

i too think that if he can be as fit and clever as he was he will wring more out of the f60 than kimi massa etc..

considering the fun with things like fuel rigs & ferraris over the past few years that didn't get a ban, or various pitcrew being run down, that didn't get a ban or even a reprimand, I think that the penalty was actually draconian..... alonso did not actually hit anyone else, or cause a crash. the wheel didn't hit anyone or anything. the only loser was alonso, and the whole team got a ban!!!! they should ban those wheel spat things immediately

In all honesty, i think the ban was in light of the Henry Surtees thing. Abit extreme, maybe BUT if Renault knew the wheel was loose why let him go?? lol @ Flav leaving before the end of the race.
I doubt Shuey is being put in the car to be competetive. Due to the no mid season testing, this is an ideal oppertunity to put a guy in the car to work out what is wrong with it. There is no one better at that than him.
As for BMW, as you will have seen in my thread in club chat, im currently in Germany building a ride at a motorsport themed park at the Nurburg GP circuit. A park that is about half given over to F, which is entirely sponsored by BMW. Lots of headless chickens running around today, it was hugely entertaining lol
shuey is 10/1 for the european im having £10's worth of that action!
