Its the end of an era - having gone through 3 sets of Speedlines since 1998, I have FINALLY taken them off for good!

Just fancied something different and they didnt really 'go' on a more track focused car... Also I saw 2 silver Gsi's at Billing with the same wheels!lol

So some before and after shots...

I will probably get them painted either silver or grey again, I dont think silver and white work -opinions welcome! Also someone on Photoshop may be able to help?:thumb:

Very nice! Suits the car very well!!!:thumb: Think they would look more fitting in grey with black centre caps!!

Same as my old cav!

Hmm its hard to say, they do look great but think its what you have said. the white dont work well with the colour of the car. will look 100 times better when you spray them a darker colour. But good choice of wheel :thumb:

Yeah youre right - tyres are a bit pony too - need to get some 195 40s on there.

GDN - what colour are yours (on that pic?)

I think if you spray the center caps the same colour as the car that would look smart?

Theyre the antracite colour that i ordered them in from Compomotive!;)

Its a very close match to the dark grey of the vauxhall trim plastics!

New wheel choice is nice Will. A little different and comps always tend to suit the more track spec cars. Allesios are an easy choice as they suit novas so well. Yours did indeed look cracking on them. New wheels painted in the same colour will suit it perfectly I think.

At last - I can now break it. lol

Cheers for the input and photoshop - I am thinking a slightly lighter anthracite than the original speedlines... Any suggestions on colour names?

I spoke to the painter that said he could mix the GM colour and lighten it, but then if they get curbed we prob wont be able to match it....

Id go for a mid grey kind of colour, not too dark. Should look spot on
