Just been out in Lee H's turbo, it took some convincing for him to get it out of the garage but it did happen, my first turbo Nova experience and to say the least I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the car was amazing and is a real credit to him and before all the 'Pics or GTFO' comments start I'm on a temporary phone which doesn't have a camera, who knows when it'll happen again but was definitely worth the wait, absolute quality, cheers mate

I have never been out in a high performance turbo Nova :cry:, Been out in an Astra Nurburgring which is fun in sport mode, Wouldn't mind a passenger ride in a LET Nova though :(

I think there is more chance of the hole at the bottom of my back healing up than me having a go of Lee's car but I know what you mean, it actually looks like hard work guessing where the diff is going to take you next

Sounds like epic fun, i was grinning like a school boy all the way to and from billing in richs stage 3 turbo saloon, (300nhp iirc) my funking word let novas are just asbo's with wheels lol

was good by riggy's verdict, my xe was running just as quick. but the let was running low on bar and my xe was modded to hell.

would be interesting to feel it now as a good comparison

I know what you mean Sean but there is not many xes that will be anythin like the power that Lee's is, it takes the p1ss how quick it was

Its been back from the bodyshop for a whilst and the wilwoods are a braking experience to say the least

Wilwoods have been a total nightmare. Disks are badly warped, had them skimmed and still not right so new disk time I reckon.

sh1t sorry mate, i had genuinly no idea they were warped as i said before i had only ever used the breaks on my drive as i never drove that car on the road. hope u manage to get them sorted fairly easily. :(

Raldes are £149.93 delivered for plain

And Drilled+grooved are £178.43

Correct they are Midilites, Rally Design is where I got my prices from too. Not good.

Assume its the disks as its pulsing the pedal and shaking the steering under braking badly. Had them skimmed and they were slightly better but they are still not right by any means?

Which disks would you get? Plain or drilled and grooved?

Lee thinking about it do you think the fiat coupe turbo discs would be any good? They're 4stud 280mm?

Totally wrong offset for the 4 pots, the disc has a much bigger offset an sits much further in with 4 pots. Compared them when I dd the swap as did wonder myself!
