15 or 16 kg. if posting it cost me £15.15 for a fully built head, headset and bolts from chester to milton keynes

if your posting it soesnt need to be exact. i tell parcel force that bumpers weigh 2kg and they still deliver them. and that bonnets weigh 5kg. no problems yet.
