lol lol lol

Orange were good when my first N85 packed up. Rang them up, got into completely the wrong line due to their shonky "press 5 to have anal sex with a cat" phone system, but the woman (British) I came through to first put me straight through to the right dept to another woman (also British) who sorted me out with minimal fuss and had a replacement phone on my doorstep at 0930 the next morning - which was a saturday. Phone flirting with call centre staff FTW btw lol

However, they didn't remove the 4mb for £4 data thing they'd stuck on my account, even though they said they would. Rang up last night and the woman (again, another brit) sorted it.

Not had a problem with voda apart from them charging me 2.50 a month for Blackberry internet usage when i didnt have a blackberry, they were kind enough to knock the 10 months id been paying for it off my next bill, which come out as £0 lol
Only trouble Ive actually had with them is they got snotty wityh me when i had a go about it! I was well within my rights as they said that put it on there myself at the start of the contract......... my argument was something along the lines of......... why would i put BLACKBERRY internet usages on a SONY ERRICSON???

I want to go back to Orange but im stuck with 3 for another year.

about three weeks after getting a phone it died, sent it off to get fixed (took a week) three weeks later it died again, sent it off again (another bloody week without a phone, they replaced it this time) three weeks later it died again. So spent about an hour on the phone to half a dozen different Indians trying to get a different phone. Ended up having to pay for an upgarde to get a different phone :(

I HATE THREE MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if the phone is dying within that short time they should replace it for free as its still in its manufactures warentee, are you sure that they didnt just repair your phone and send it back? I wouldnt have shelled out an extra penny for the simple reason being, theyre sending you duff phones, your not able to use therefore not getting the services that youve paid for.
Unfortunatly though your not able to get anything else out of them for the fact that youve already paid.......... well that is unless you take them to small claims court to get the cost of your contract returned whilst you were unable to use your phone due to them sending you duff ones over and over!

Well they were replacing it/fixing it, it just took them a week each time. and they were happy to replace/fix it again. But i was so pissed off with being without a phone for so long each time. and they wouldnt give me a different phone, so i upgraded...

I went into the Vodafone shop to upgrade a few weeks back. Told them I want the N97. She said I couln't upgrade yet, I had to wait a week (ffs) and the phone would cost me £60.

So I left, got in the car, and thought just for a laugh Ill phone Vodafone instead and ask the same question. Got my new phone the next day for free!!!

The world is mental I tell thee!

You'd think, my options were...

Pay about £600 to end my contract
Send my phone off to be fixed
Pay for an upgrade.

Have a search on 3 mobile, they are officially the worst mobile provider.

I've always had better deals going direct for renewals/upgrades
